Supplement Feeding – Feeding alpacas as a supplement to pasture in lick feeders.

The Right Balance of Vitamins and Trace Minerals – Fortified with essential vitamin E to improve meat quality and health, as well as trace minerals to benefit alpacas with long-term feeding.

Molassed to Control Dust – Contains molasses to control dust, product losses and limits separation in mixed grain feeds.

Feeding Guide

Furneys Alpaca Fattener Pellets are to be introduced slowly and build up to 1% of body weight plus 2% of good quality hay in the first week. Over the next two week period increase pellets until feeding approx. 2.2% of body weight and 0.8% of good quality hay. If supplementary feeding, access the Dry Matter of your pasture and adjust lick feeders to increase or decrease availability. If not feed daily into troughs and control intake.
